All Saints Catholic School is a busy, vibrant community. We rely on parent and grandparent volunteers in ways that public schools do not.  We offer many opportunities for families to become active within our community both during the day, evening, or weekends. 

Parents represent a group of individuals possessing varied talents and gifts which benefit the entire school community. It is our intention to provide multiple areas for partnership in which those gifts and talents can be realized.  Listed below, you will find the many areas through which parents can support our school and our children.  All of the following volunteer areas present opportunities to complete your service hour requirements (10 hours per family).  PLEASE NOTE THE SERVICE REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR DUE TO COVID.

Lunch & Recess

Lunch
We use SignUp to organize our lunchroom volunteer sign-up. For the 2021-2022 school year, the lunchroom is asking volunteers to sign up for the entire lunch period, which runs from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  This covers the lunches of K-8. Due to COVID, we are limiting the amount of people in the building who come in contact with students, so we need volunteers who can commit to the full time that lunches are served.

3. Sign up! Choose your spots – VolunteerSpot will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. Easy!

Note: SignUp does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact the Lunchroom Supervisor ([email protected]) who can sign you up manually.

Recess
We also use SignUp to organize our recess volunteer sign-up. Because the recess sessions are outdoors, volunteers can choose the times for which they would like to help. If you have any recess questions, please contact Kathie Kennedy at [email protected].
